An experimental device for active-passive vibration isolation system mounted in a cylindrical shell is built up. The multi-channel narrowband Fx-Newton algorithm is introduced and modified to apply for an over-determined control system. Two groups of experiments of fully-determined and over-determined system are conducted. Results show that the fully-determined system spends excessive control cost, thus accompanied by the deterioration of control effect at the positions away from the error measuring points. But the over-determined control system is effective in vibration reduction at base plate and cylindrical shell measuring points and beneficial to improving global control effect.

With the integration of cloud computing and big data, it is difficult for the masses to discover valuable service from big data. The understanding of historical data and streaming data is fundamental to the value discovery, and the construction of topic knowledge is essential to the understanding of big data. This paper proposes an approach for the construction of topic knowledge based on ontology meta-modeling, and the approach follows three stages: classification, clustering and integration. Furthermore, the realization of the three stages is based on support vector machine, probability computing, and ontology meta-modeling. Finally, experiments on scientific papers of service computing were conducted in order to get the recommended reviewers. The results of the experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach. In conclusion, the approach provides a solution for the value discovery from big data.

Aiming at controlling the vibration line spectra, fundamental principles of FxLMS-Newton algorithm are introduced. A three-DOF active vibration isolation system is presented and its virtual prototype is developed in MATLAB/Simulink. Effects of the step size, the weighting factor and the initial coefficient of the inverse autocorrelation matrix of the filtered reference signal on the convergence rate and line spectra reduction performance of the FxLMS-Newton algorithm are discussed.

Water-lubricated elastomeric bearing is a new type of sterntube bearing and its behaviour is greatly affected by friction-induced vibration. Previous investigations were dominated by linear analytical models to emulate the actual bearing dynamics and predict stability of the models and experimental tests. In the paper, nonlinear dynamic model of the elastomeric bearing has been set up with single-degree-of-freedom system, aimed at reaching the nature of friction-induced vibration. The influence of the parameters of friction expression on stability of the model is analysed. Experimental investigation is conducted and friction-velocity curve for bearing sample is acquired. With piecewise linear interpolation, friction is expressed as piecewise function of velocity. Based on the piecewise function, the importance of damping ratio is evaluated.

The major objective of mobility management is to achieve efficient contents transfer for mobile nodes. Content Centric Networking (CCN), as a content-oriented architecture, is designed for efficient content delivery which can easily provide mobility management based on content caching. Caching schemes of CCN deeply influences the content acquisition efficiency and whole network performance. However, the existing cache policies are relatively stiff and lack of comprehensive consideration in terms of users and contents. As a result, the performance of caching cannot dynamically adapt to the change of users' demand for content items. In this paper, we propose a Classification-Based Wisdom Caching (CBWC) scheme for CCN, which can distinguish the regional correlation of user requests and reasonably organize cache content items according to the need of users in different regions. We evaluate the CBWC scheme and the results indicate that the proposed CBWC scheme can improve the hit rate of cache and optimize the users' quality of experience, which can be further improve the performance of mobility management.

Simulation platform for the diffraction of periodic structures is an important tool in the analysis and measurement of grating structures. In this work, a simulation platform based on Rigorous Coupled Wave Analysis (RCWA) method is developed to simulate diffraction problems of various grating structures. In order to get stable and accurate results, a simpler, more efficient formulation is proposed for cases in which only the reflected amplitudes or the transmitted amplitudes are required. This enhanced implementation of rigorous coupled-wave analysis can be successfully applied to transmission and reflection planar dielectric and absorption holographic gratings, or some more complex grating structures. As a professional simulation platform specially designed for grating structures, it's capable to calculate the diffraction orders of arbitrarily shaped grating structures illuminated by different polarized wave. Moreover, some other algorithms can be flexibly introduced into this platform to extend its capability as well as applications.
